We have just booked our first holiday with Holiday Gems for January 2013 to Tenerife.
The booking was an easy process, very clear and good information given regarding the resort. All procedures were easy to follow. Unfortunately I omitted to tick one of the boxes required when completing the forms. After an initial period of panic and the thought of what do I do now, I immediately rang the help line number provided. It was here that calm set in. Monica was very helpful in explaining everything about the system and although I had not ticked a required box this would be amended and the problem rectified.
Not only was Monica pleasant in her manner, but her explanation of what would happen regarding confirmation of booking, together with relevant documention which would arrive via Email was most reassuring indeed.
It must also be said that it was emphasised that should we have any other queries or problems, a phone call or Email is all that is required for everything to be sorted out.............. nothing is too much trouble.
All the documentation arrived very swiftly and we can say that our first experience has been one of an excellent and professional service.
