So far we have never been let down with the service provided and the
information given .
We usually make our own choice of holiday and then Holiday Gems tweak it
to fit the necessary criteria.
We only have one observation to take into consideration, the last 2 holidays booked had the on line flight price increased, but Gems did
their utmost to keep our holiday within our price budget.
You can't say fairer than that !!
