booked a trip to Cape Town,South Africa from Perth return 28/2/15 thru this site, good prices. However SAA cancelled my flight 28/2 and changed to 1/3. The connecting flight was not changed to accommodate this so I would fly up the day before hang around for a night and day. Helloworld was informed of this change on 16/2 according to their operator but failed to advise me. In fact they sent a confirmation letter on the 26/2 for the flight. I only discovered said changes when I logged onto SAA to book in. 3 long phone calls to Helloworld proved unhelpful, and lacking information. I was initially told I would pay AU$400 to cancel the Cape Town Jbg leg, a new ticket is around $200. With no guarantee of a refund. So told the operator to leave it as I would buy a new ticket, only to find out the following day that it was a no show so the whole trip was on hold and I now needed to $500 to SAA and $7.50 to Helloworld to reinstate it! I was never told this at anytime by the operator. SAA were extremely helpful at Jbg airport I did not pay a cent! Very stressful and I cannot recommend Helloworld. Met a lady who was on same flight..Apparently Expedia wanted $100 for the change...
