This company is nothing leas than painful to do business with. They changed the balance due date which was significantly different to the one which had been sent to me at point of booking. I put up a fight on this as they had been nothing but unhelpful the whole way through. The initial sales team are pretty good - as long as you don't deal with the call centre - generally they feel as though their doing you a massive favour when effectively your paying their wages! I was so disappointed as a selected few Hays staff were fabulous, however we needed help when on holiday and they couldn't care less. They had our £4,000 and weren't interested in our plight. Stick to Expedia or British airways holidays, awesome customer service, great attitude and value!
