Hays Travel/Love holidays cancelled our holiday and retained the deposit because they alleged the balance due did not arrive by the due date.Despite numerous attempts to recover the situation they refused,They may well provide attractive looking holidays but do not expect Goodwill Customer Care or Common Sense to prevail.

when you book you are bound by booking terms & conditions so it is your own fault & connot blame the travel agent! hays travel have an excellent reputation
