Hays took over a holiday booking from another company and assured us that everything would be the same. No details arrived, (flights or holiday).Again told all was well. This went on for several weeks.Final payment demand arrived. I refused to pay until I received confirmation in writing that all was in place. Twelve weeks before departure they said they couldn't honour the holiday.Our friends were very upset as they had taken annual leave. Everything cancelled. Shabby treatment. Promised to return calls but never did. I received the news that the holiday was cancelled via email. Awful customer service.
