I have been trying to email hays travel since returning from a disastrous holiday we had at the Evelyn Beach Hotel Crete Sept/Oct.There email site says not installed properly so i rang and was told it should be fine and try again which i did same thing.I rang again and there operator gave me her email address and told me to email her which i have four times no reply.I rang again and was told it takes two weeks to acknowledge the email and four weeks to let you know what they are going to do concerning your complaint.I will now try writing which i find difficult with arthritic fingers and see were that gets me.Since we got back of holiday Hays have done nothing but email me with holidays.They would be better sorting out peoples spoiled holidays first.
