They agreed to vary the return time of some group members who wished to extend their time abroad when the leader enquired what they could do for us. They then refused to make any changes so the cost of return legs on air tickets was lost, and members found they had to buy new tickets on top. They refused to reply to e-mails - you get an automated response promising a reply in 24 hours which never comes. After heated requests for replies, eventually a telephonist explained over the phone they could do nothing to help. They sent an e-ticket for the group for the flights, and insufficient luggage labels, very late.
This group make promises to provide a service before you commit to buy, and then do not deliver the promised service.
