I rang booked filght and hotel after asking 3 times they are avaible and been told yes. 2 mins later the phone call booked flights but not with cheap airline so more money then sorry hotel not availble will have to change. Was told a lot better reivews on trip adviser realy nice hotel so i agreed but yes more money now gone up by around £300. Get home look on trip adviser and as my partner told the "manager" at green dot holidays im not taking my kids on holiday to a fliping (or words to that affect) dog kennel. we have now been given another hotel 3* not 4* but yes you guessed more money another £460.
I am however going to tell all i rang abta and was told if i had demanded the new hotel at same price they do have to agree but no one know this until its to late. Its not just greendot holidays but all jettravel as you ring them when ringing customer services.
