I was booking a flight that offered $15 and more discounting. I could barely understand the agent. After much discussion and confusion I was pressed to purchase. I said I want to wait (I should read reviews and I would have know rather were liars). I asked if I could cancel without any fees (24 hours with airlines). He said "no. Problem" As soon as I got the email I called in to cancel in 20 minutes as the flight was incorrect. I was told there is NO cancellations. After 3 more calls I got it cancelle, however the agent said the airlines charges taxes??? When I complained they hung up. The charges were pending on my card and were listed as Delta charges. I called Delta and they said they never do that even for third party reservations.
I called back to ask for the corporate office or owner. He said "since you are so smart why don't you find it for yourself" and hung up.
I just got the charge posted to my account. I booked from Travelersdesk.com. The pending charges were from Delta and now the final on my charge is Globester. Horrible service. Lying about their procedures. Rude. Confusing speech. I am writing every better business site. This should be illegal. I wanted to cancel before hanging up and was repeatedly lied to.
I want my $100 back. It was not for taxes, or the airlines. I was told there was no charge to cancel. I cancelled in 20 minutes. Horrible customer service
