Booked a flight and car rental for a couples vacation. Emphasized the importance of being seated together and car rental pick up and drop off at the airport. Even paid for insurance. The agent who booked the reservation confirmed everything was what I asked for. My clients never was seated together, the car rental was at a different location rather than the airport. And on top of that was charged a fee to change the car rental company. Called Globestar back twice asking to speak to a supervisor or manager and was placed on a 12 minute hold each time to be hung up on there after and with no call back.
