I tried to purchase a ticket for my mother to fly out of Las Vegas into Atlanta. My ticket was cancelled with no notice. I spoke to a supervisor to find out why and he told me that someone tried to contact me to verify that my information was correct. I told him I did not receive any calls or voice mail messages from this company. He proceeded to tell me that someone also sent me a email which I did not receive. I ask him to forward the email that they claim they sent with the date showing me that some one tried to contact me. He agreed to forward me the email but once I received the email it was dated with the date and time that I was speaking to him and it was not a forward email. I ask him to look into this situation and find out why I never received the phone call or email and he would not look in to it. He tried to offer me a new ticket that was more expensive instead of trying to find out what really happened and why my ticket was cancelled. I asked him to offer me the same ticket at the same price because clearly this mistake had nothing to do with me and he said no. He was only willing to offer me a ticket that was more expensive with no further investigation why this situation occurred in the first place.. I feel like he was trying to get more money from me. THIS COMPANY HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS A COMPLETE WAIST OF MY TIME AND NOW I HAVE TO FIND A TICKET FOR MY MOTHER WITH SHORT NOTICES... My advice to anyone that is looking for a ticket go to SPIRITAIRLINES.COM directly so you don't have to waist your time or money with GLOBESTER .... HERE IS A TIP SPIRIT AIRLINES HAS GOOD PRICES ALL THE TIME AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE....... PLEASE DON'T LET GLOBESTER TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!!
