“ Horrible Experience ”

This company doesn't have a clue as to what customer service is. They double charged our credit card then they say they're going to credit our card but the money is not returned. Thank goodness our credit union canceled their charges. Do Not Use This Company! They lie and steal.

I left this comment in November 2012 regarding our booking for a flight in December 2012. Your response 10 months later is ridiculous and shows just how responsive to customer needs your company is. I will never use your company again and warn all that see this to NEVER use this company's so-called services.
