DO NOT use Global Hoppers unless you want a ZERO level of customer service, Lack of response to phone calls and messages, Difficulty in obtaining travel documents and E tickets and you enjoy the hassle of dealing with people with Limited English Language skills. I wish that I had read other peoples reviews before spending money with this awful company. I called this company on Friday for holiday . Absolute nightmare!! Rang to pay for holiday but they changed it to a different place which was disgusting. Hell on earth! Sold us a family room but we got a prison cell like twin room..we rang up immediately and they did nothing to help except fob us off with rubbish excuseg! “worst service I have ever incountered”

I booked a holiday to lloret de mar for Sept 11th 2014 when I received confirmation it stated we departed on the 15th on which we arrived late night and the holiday finished at 2.15 am on 22nd so we only got 6 days holiday when we paid for 7 days. When I questioned why they stated the flights I booked had gone so they booked the next available and wanted me to pay the difference of around £80 per person which I refused. I recently purchased a holiday via the Internet and then the phone to then find out l could of purchased the same holiday using the same flights for £80 pounds less after the transaction when I realised this l then contacted global hoppers for them to fob me off with saying the prices of holidays changes all the time and the only redress l would have is to cancel the holiday and loose my money. The thing is that you've still used them after all of the 'problems' you experienced. They give you a more expensive price because the price you see on the website is flight/hotel only so you will need add on's for the luggage and if you want transfers then the price of this gets added on too. So if you don't want to take luggage with you or you want to pay over the odds for a cab then that's up to you!! I don't work for the company or anything like that just a customer who has used this service for the first time. Ignore the reviews because obviously these people giving the bad reviews want a better service but then at the end of the day these travel sites are helping people and families on budgets. I spoke to an agent and booked our holiday through him. He was brilliant he changed flight times and stuff to accommodate us. Then when I rang back this morning I spoke to another agent who was very polite and helpful also. IGNORE these reviews. At the end of the day 241holt said they were awful but he still used them.......

the supervisor charges us 35gbp pp (admin fee) + 30 gbp pp ( booking fee ) + 15 gbp pp (online checkin fee) + 15gbppp (atol fee) . we were 6 couples! yeah six couples. so they tried to charge 95pp * 12 = 1140 gbp in total. . book with A1 travel , onthe beach, lowcostbed. the price might be 15gbp pp more approx. but no hidden charges… Read Full Review
