A star rating of 1 is to generous it really should be 0 I tried to book a holiday and they immediately told me the price had increased by £50 these people need prosecuting they are falsely advertising headline prices which dont exist they are there to lure you in and if you look at the last 3 good reviews in July they appear to be done by their staff. Avoid this company like the plague!!! Absolute conmen operating in there call centre somewhere in India. Quoted £182.00 then when I called price had shot upto £270.00. When I questioned the rise I was told it was because I was stopping over in Madrid for 9 hours waiting for a flight connection. I said I wanted a direct flight which takes 4.5 hours maximum. Awful experience - I gave it 1 star as the site doesn't allow zero scores. Call centre in India, made up English names for the staff. Pushy and dishonest sales staff (told me Calella was quiet). Had to fight on the phone with the rudest man I've ever spoken to in a customer/company relationship to get a boarding pass the day before my flight. Took repeated calls to even get through. Having spotted a 7 night holiday in Marmaris, Turkey and paying £519.00, when the Itinarary came through a week later, we discovered it was only 5 nights! we rang global Hoppers to complain and ask "why?", to be told " it was because of the flights", having insisted that we had paid For 7 nights as advertised, not 5. 1* is too much. Luckily I didn't even get to the booking stage before i experienced how rude the call handler was. I was calling to find out more information about a holiday I had found online, I only really wanted to know the flight times as with it being a long weekend away I wanted flights that would give us the most time out there. 1 * is too much!!!! They are an absolute disgrace of a company!!!! Please do not book with these criminals and please let your friends and family know NOT to book with them! I have booked a holiday with this people on 7 of may this year and paid a deposit of 453 which was going to tunisia on 24/07/2015, but when the attacl happen in Tunisia, they have called me and gave a option to change the holiday and they can refund the amount.

I choosed to go Lanzarote, and they have given me a better deal and they didnt charge anything extra.

A Point which we have to understand
when we check the holiday with different company's we get multiple deals with different prices, In same way when i have changed my holiday there was a difference in price, but agent whome i spoke tried to get me a best price. and is be really thankful to him

Well I'm genuinely pleased for you, if in fact you are a genuine holiday maker and not a Global Hoppers agent pretending to be a customer....which I believe you are.
I don't believe that a "customer" of GH could be that pleased with their appalling service that they would make an effort to register with this website to reply to a post which is basically bashing their customer service and morals to defend their name. Hmmmmm.....

MY grandson and partner booked their first holiday on their own to Hotel Lymberia. They arrived late last night to be told the hotel fully booked and have been put in a rubbish hotel they say for 1 or 2 days. came across this company on the holiday discount web page. Found a holiday at the Sharm Grand Plaza. Agent informed us that he could get us a better deal from another airport. Booked the holiday, agent kept making reference to Sharm Plaza, when I questioned this he stated that it was the same hotel. Awful start when booking a holiday. Price doubled from advertising price. Told this was because of luggage and transfers...we were fine with this. But also because the holiday wasn't 'all inclusive', which we wanted, but infact 'all inclusive lite' - only drinks with meals. Having never been to Spain before and being pensioners we decided to speak to Global Hoppers to to get professional help. The agent we spoke to had very broken English ,we asked for a fairly quiet resort in nice self catering apartments. Booked a holiday to Orlando, paid £250 deposit and was assured we'd get the travel documents by email by the following morning. The booking for the holiday to Portugal on 8th April 2015 was great. Where they fell down was when the air strike occurred and they were supposed to rearrange the holiday! All I wanted to do was book alternative flight and get away due to a lot of stress. We were due to go on holiday in April 2015, due to french air strikes it got cancelled, spoke to our insurance who refunded accommodation immediately, Easyjet also refunded our flight money but as it was booked through Global Hoppers the funds went back to them, it is now June and we have not had our money back from Global Hoppers. My daughter booked a holiday through these, the hotel they booked was SHUT and were put in another which was in the words of guests "DISGUSTING" dated and tired.
