the supervisor charges us 35gbp pp (admin fee) + 30 gbp pp ( booking fee ) + 15 gbp pp (online checkin fee) + 15gbppp (atol fee) . we were 6 couples! yeah six couples. so they tried to charge 95pp * 12 = 1140 gbp in total. . book with A1 travel , onthe beach, lowcostbed. the price might be 15gbp pp more approx. but no hidden charges… Read Full Review

thought it might be just me. I have used global hoppers in the past and had severe trouble with them, i cant remember where I was looking at going but I have since blacklisted them when looking for my next hilday along with Freedom Travel, who I think might be part of the same company. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM WHATEVER THE PRICE!!! Once they've got your payment all sorts of thing will happen.

We have also had a very negative experience with Global Hoopers. We also booked a holiday through them, i.e. flights, transfer, and a hotel. Everything was fine till we arrived to the hotel and found that there is no booking. At the end of the day, after a day of hell, we were transferred to a different (cheaper) hotel. We booked with this firm for a weeks stay in Lanzarote the most shocking service from a firm that do nothing more than facilitate a service with Ryanair first spoke to George miller . Don't use global hoopers, they are not nice to deal with if you have a complaint. I am talking with ABTA at the moment about getting justice. They are very new in this field and staff is awful they dont speak proper english I feel they are hired on peanuts because i believe the company cannot afford english speaking guys. Booked a holiday with global shoppers from discount holiday website. Before I booked I called to find out the full price of holiday, luggage and transfers per person, we were happy with the price so went ahead and booked for three adults. Had problems with payments going through even though bank had said it had bern paid but they were trying to take out again but bank declined. We are having the same trouble as you, regarding our Tickets etc; This holiday has been booked for some 2 months now and we are due to Fly out on the 12thJuly. i had the same problem today. The website said prices were update 2/7/2014 and i tried to book a holiday advertised at £505.00 each. I was told this related to a stop over flight in amsterdam of 7 hours, and the holiday had increased to £589.00. i booked cos it was still a reasonable price for 2 weeks a/i. i was informed that a fee of 1.5% debit card fee would be payable which i again agreed to. When i checked the website after it said a 1% fee was payable. i should have been charged £12.48 but my debit card was debited with £40.00 ! when i made a call to query it i was told that the accounts department had gone home. awaiting a reply and a refund
