I booked with global hoppers and initially I was very dubious, the guy booked my holidays then after I said ok to proceed he started adding on all sorts of extras that were not discussed, after expressing my dissatisfaction his boss agreed to waive all the add ons. After this I decided to read reviews about global hoppers and I was horrified. HOWEVER I must stress that none of my worries came to fruition. Global hoppers have been nothing but professional and I would not hesitate booking with them again. The original guy suggested a better hotel andthe Santa Susannah Resort Hotel was one of the nicest, cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Normally you pay for what you get, we paid cheap and I can honestly say this hotel was at least 4 if not 5 star. A fab holiday with a fab travel company, please do not belive all the bad reviews, I for one would go with this company again.

There are many additional facilities that can be added on to the basic travel arrangements and we do of course promote them but it is for the customer to decide whether they are required and to agree the final charges before any bookings are confirmed.

We too have tried to book a holiday today through Global hoppers. We have used them once before and the holiday was fantastic. Today however the advisor added on £56 in costs AFTER giving us the total holiday price which clearly goes against the terms and conditions they have listed on the website. Disappointed on this occasion and haven't booked!
