We called this company about booking a holiday and they didn't say that if we cancel we have to pay 365 pounds this is absolutely unbelievable, they booked 1 room for 6 people. I would not recommended this company EVER! The man was hardly understandable, he was accusing us for not listening, very rude, acted in a childish way, he wasn't calm, waited for 2 hours to finish the call. From 1989 pounds all inclusive the price went to 2286 pounds which he didn't mention that the total would be that. PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
