after booking a holiday and agreed a price and paid with credit card was told to hold on and they would finalise the holiday with a supervisor. Supervisor came on phone and I was asked for a further £25 per person for a booking fee. I should have cancelled the holiday there and then but as they already had my credit card details. Now I have had a problem with my boarding pass trying to get them to send passes to me.

same problem with us we almost got stuck in spain as they neva sent the return boarding passes we got told the hotel would print em an giv us them but the hotel didnt want to know we spent 20 euros on the fone to global hoppers an got passed from pillar to post and eventually told it was our own fault! wot a joke. luckily a nice businessman at the hotle let us use his spanish email address and printed them for us or we d still be there :(
