Awful experience - I gave it 1 star as the site doesn't allow zero scores.
Call centre in India, made up English names for the staff.
Pushy and dishonest sales staff (told me Calella was quiet).
Had to fight on the phone with the rudest man I've ever spoken to in a customer/company relationship to get a boarding pass the day before my flight. Took repeated calls to even get through.
In fairness it turned out that I didn't need one but the intial comfirmation material told me I did and nothing later to tell me otherwise.
