Having never been to Spain before and being pensioners we decided to speak to Global Hoppers to to get professional help.
The agent we spoke to had very broken English ,we asked for a fairly quiet resort in nice self catering apartments.
He sent us to Lloret de Mar (a youngsters paradise)and placed us in the Xaine Sun apartments described as For young people and party groups.After a catalogue of further errors we are extremely happy to be home.

It seems there agents do not have the correct training and the company is only interested in getting there hands on your money.
On return from this disaster I wrote to complain by E-mail but never got a reply.
Please if you consider using these people do your homework very carefully,good luck.
