Very unhappy with the service you provided us After booking with yourself and paying the balance you decided to change my flight times so lost a day of our holiday!! I only found out when looking at my booking information, spoken to customer services and they were not interested and said under the terms and conditions they can do that.No correspondence with yourself after the balance was paid
