I have booked a holiday for 3 people, but after booking the holiday i check the hotel reviews where i was shocked and very next day i called them and informed that i am not happy with the hotel. then one of the agent given couple of hotel options. where in i check and i liked one hotel, but the person said its costing more. but later on he called and informed that he spoke to the supplier and he can change the hotel for only £30 more. which i was really happy and i confirmed.
