Hello Ebayer,

We are having the same trouble as you, regarding our Tickets etc; This holiday has been booked for some 2 months now and we are due to Fly out on the 12thJuly. I am sick of writing Emails,and making Phonecalls to ask why we are still waiting for Confirmation on Hotel Booking, Travel Tickets etc. Tonite i was told that we will have to wait until 21.30 pm on Saturday evening for our Tickets to be Downloaded as the operator whom my Wife Booked this Wedding Anniversary Trip, has all our Details.. What a JOKE.. I have already sent Head Office a Solicitors letter for the way we have been Treat..
No Correspondence from anyone in the Cust Support Team, No emails, No Ph/calls, or letters.. Just another online Holiday Company who doesnt give a SxxT about its Customers... as long as they have our Money..
