This is the first time I book flight with this group and already trust and want to do more with the firm. The sweet agent who found for me a good deal ticket, then replied quickly my inquiries. I already referred Global Fare to my friends for their flights. Wish if in the ticket details of baggage allowance are listed, customer can plan better the trip. I personally hag a great experience with Global fares , we flew to Rome with our Family last summer and planning on going this summer, they saved us a lot of money and provided us with great service

It is always unpleasant to have to complain about unsatisfactory service, but our case seems so egregious , that to not complain would seem to be the greater evil. My wife Gwendolyn contacted DA early this year for help in planning an overseas holiday that would include a 2 day stop over in Iceland. D sent us an itinerary that seemed agreeable and we accepted his offer. He would purchase the tickets. Subsequently on 1/31/13 I gave him my Mastercard to purchase two tickets from Nashville Tennessee, to Iceland on Iceland Air flight 670 to take place on 6/16/13. This required a connector flight on Frontier Air flight 0231 from Nashville Tennessee to Denver Col departing 6/16/13 at 2:29PM . We arrived at the Frontier ticketing 2 hours early on 6/16/13 to find the Frontier desk closed and dark. We learned that the day’s sole flight to Denver had departed several hours earlier in the morning and not at the scheduled 2:29PM departure. D did not inform us of this change of schedule and we missed the connection, the overseas flights and our Reykjavic accommodations, transfers, and tours. My wife spoke with D on the telephone and he disclaimed any responsibility and ended the conversation by hanging up on her. I contacted both Iceland Air and Frontier Airlines and both confirmed that it was the responsibility of the booking party, in this case Global Fares, to advise the traveler of any change in schedule. Clearly, D did not bother. I calculate that this unfortunate incident has cost me $1711. However, I left the matter of our compensation to Global Fare’s sense of fair play, but as of 3 weeks later they have not answered my letter. Apparently they don’t feel any responsibility.

What made you choose Global Travel?
Why didn't you check the flight times yourself a couple of days before flying - it would have saved all this heart ache.
