I booked a hotel with GALA HOTELS on Friday. On Monday morning (today), at the time of our stay I had received an email with the cancellation notice.
'I am sorry to inform you that we could not confirm your reservation at Executive Hotel due a technical problem.
We tried to reach you by phone and mail but we could not.
Your reservation has been cancelled and we are going to refund all amount to your credit card as soon as possible.'
We are going to Italy today and we have not place to stay.
