Yesterday I made a reservation at the Melia Cohiba in Havana for the end of February through Galahotels. Everything went smooth and I got vouchers right away. Today I wrote an e-mail to the hotel and they confirmed they got my reservation all right. My credit card has not been charged yet, and this is also OK.

Until now I have nothing to complain about. However I read so many negative feedbacks online that I will express my opinion only after getting to the hotel and confirming that all is fine.

In addition I do not like the site cancellation policy, 21 business days is too long.

Also they should have said straight away that they are a Turkish site, I discovered it only after booking.
