My daughter and her husband booked a hotel in Rhodes town with Fresh Holidays. This was the exact location they wanted. Booking confirmed and hotel vouchers sent to them. They flew today, arrived at airport and transfer company said 3 months ago company cancelled their hotel and substituted it for an apartment in a different resort. No email sent by company or contact made. Now in ixia in middle of nowhere with no breakfast, no airconditioning and extra expense to travel, My daughter contacted the hotel they where booked with originally and they said Fresh Holidays did not pay the bill, hence cancellation. Emergency contact phone number no answer when called at expense from Greece. Now they are worried the rest of their holiday in Turkey onwards from Rhodes, hotels again booked with Fresh Holidays will also be same story. Having to call hotels in turkey to confirm bookings, more expense. They are going to sue the ass of this company on their return, let down, no communication re changes, extra expense. DON'T BOOK WITH THEM.
