You will be charged a hefty fee, in my case £25 for booking a flight with Flybe. This was very well hidden in their terms and conditions and charged after I had accepted the booking and entered my card details. Please do not use this company and book direct.

was told that I couldn't get a full refund of the £372 I paid but they would give me £62 back plus charge me for cancelling the flight,what a joke !!!!!!!

Been hit by a £39.98 service charge after accepting the quoted flight price. Tried to find out why after, and it is not even obvious on the list of extra charges on the web site. Don't use this rip off company.

Just fell for it myself - should concentrate more when on the net! Bought a Ryan Air ticket for £33 and got an additional invoice from these sum for £29. Their site insinuates itself between you and the aairline'. Thought I was dealing with Ryan Air directly. Your credit card company doesn't care, your government doesn't care, Ryan air and Google don't care either. AND all these five star reviews on THIS site are faked no doubt by Fly.co.uk. and yet there they are. I realise I have been robbed. Just don't be dumb like I was today! Maybe next time I'm in Leipzig I'll call in on these Lichtsheuesgesindel.

Lookng via Tripadvisor (a site I believe to be reputable) and using Trip's flight search, I booked 6 flights. All was fine until the confirmation email was received. £180 fees. Makes a joke of the bargain prices. Also, they are near impossible to contact. I am just praying that nothing goes wrong...

This company charges a fee for booking flights. No problem there. However they do not declare the fact, or the amount until the booking is made. This is illegal and against customers rights. When any changes or cancellations are made there is no refund of this charge, and the details are buried in the website t&c's. It is a dishonest and disreputable company and I advise any potential customers to avoid the similar trap that many others have fallen into. Just look at the review rates on any review site - all 5 stars and 1 star. You can guess who has written the bogus reviews and given themselves 5 stars. I wish there was a stronger collective legal action that could be taken, because companies such as this should be closed down and the owners locked up. They have most probably made millions of euros out of scamming innocent people. Please don't become another of their victims.

AFTER YOU PAID THEM, THEY VERY OPEN TO DECLARE THAT £79.96 IS FOR "UNISTER TRAVEL RETAIL GmbH & Co. KG PLUS £8.26 CHARGES FOR VUELING PROCESSING FEE. THIS IS THE MOST DISHONEST COMPANY I EVER DEALT WITH. RUN FROM IT WHILE YOU CAN!

Booked a flight with Ryan Air through fly.co.uk, and after authorising the payment with fly.co.uk a service fee of 29.99 (more than the flight cost itself) appeared after payment (not included in total I authorised). Contacted them by email to request cancellation and refund, and was essentially told that the service fee was included in total ( it wasn't), they pointed out hidden service fee which is identified in small print (not even on the same site page, it's buried in information on a separate link). They tell me they "consider the matter closed" - I don't, will be taking this matter further am launching investigations and raising complaint with UKECC. Now reading reviews of hundreds of people who've been scammed in the same way. Absolutely disgraceful trading practice and terrible client service. Do not book with fly.co.uk and/or Unister Travel. Don't try to contact them through their service form on their website either - I checked the box asking for copy of message to be sent to my email address but it didn't arrive. 

Just booked Vueling flights with these jokers from Barcelona to Lanzarote. Flights, inc taxes, showed as £97 each. Total on payment page was showing as £194, inc checked bag. Payment page mentioned small % credit card fee (no surprise) + a "service fee", in small writing with no explanation, making you think it would be something relatively insignificant. Got confirmation through, and had been charged £275!!!! The "service fee" being £60 payable to some German company called Unister I'd never heard of or seen mentioned, who were invoicing me separately. What kind of joke is this???

I booked tickets from fly.co.uk, as the price shown on the website was a bit cheaper than other websites. However, after I input my card details to proceed with the purchase, it showed that the service fee was 117 pounds. They will not warn you until you have paid your tickets. It is a cheating game!

The cost of booking with this shower doubled.The cost of flights with all fee's was approx £140 this then became £297 with their charges Beware do not use this bunch.Emailed to complain because of course you don't see the full cost until you have entered payment details not interested.BEWARE

Fly are to be avoided under all circumstances. To be specific, you will be charged about 50% of your flight costs in Service Charges. This does not appear in your statement until the deal in done. Then it's too late and cancellation fees can be 'up to 100%' Barely legal.

Disgusting, underhand, sneaky. It is not clearly displayed and came as a total surprise. When I emailed to complain I got a stock e mail reply which shows they are used to this. Don't go near them.

Bought flights thinking that it was a fair price, suddenly on the invoice they had added around £60 worth of charges. I was shocked that they have the right to charge this. NEVER AGAIN

I have booked with Fly, They have a site that DOES NOT MAKE ALL COSTS CLEAR. I have learned my lesson and will NEVER book with them again. Please be warned

I really did not realise that when I entered my payment detial which did not show a service charge that this would occur. I at least expected to confirm this amount once seen but it was too late and I really regret having booked through them.
