“BUNCH OF BANDITS”

First of all there is no call centre number given on their website so there's way to phone them without a lot of digging for it. Sent them 3 emails asking what had happened about my return flight but recieved no reply. After considerable hassle and costing around £100 more than I wanted to pay, I managed to get a ryanair flight back to Bristol by using the airline directly. This GERMAN company does not list a correct email address only a scam one. however after sending a letter to Leipzig (I refuse to phone) I did get this email address: customerservice@fly-service.co.uk. Ignore all attemps at threatening letters or emails and enclose with your letter a counter claim for worry and distress caused (with a punishing daily interest) It is not your fault if they say they don't read emails. After 6 months the sent me an email saying that they would no longer pursue the claim but I was banned from using their web site, HURRAH, still awaiting to hear about my compensation.

What I liked the most about Fly.co.uk is that it gives me the opportunity to benefit from a cheap flight that isn't necessary a low-cost flight from a cheap airline. “They leave you Fly and Dry”

First of all, the company adds on hidden fees. Second of all, when I rang up for flight confirmation 2 days before my flight. I was told that my booking had been cancelled due to a 'technical error'. They promised to ring back. They never did. They email from a 'no reply' address, leaving them virtually uncontactable. Fly.co.uk was the most reasonable flight prices for Our destination from start to finish it was very simple process We found flights we required entered our information clicked and paid within seconds our conformation arrived Via email. Overall experience was very good compared to other site we have used in the past. Stay away from this company. They added more charges after I clicked to pay. Then they needed a copy of my passport and card because they couldn't verify my card. Sent off these copies to them stupidly. Now have no response at all although I'm emailing them to find out if booking is confirmed. Hello, I am also in same page, they sent email to me your credit card is not working 2 months before. I replied to them at service@fly.co.uk to get this sorted which never responded. I sent a lot of emails to them at same emailID.

They sent me email through again service @fly.co.uk to pay 50 (cancellation fees) + 12.50 (reminder fees) and also mentioned if I have already paid please reply back to us. But where the hell should I reply because they never respond to service@? Yesterday I called them and found new emailID and that's where they replied. The email which is sent through service@ , no where mentioned "Don't Reply" wording in email. It's absolutely another way to get money from customer through glitch. We should file complain to close their business in UK.
