Customer service is awful- avoid! I wanted to change my flight to an earlier date and was willing to pay the fee. I contacted the airline I was flying with and they said it should be no problem as they had two flight that night, but the agent would have to make the change for me. “Simple, cheap and no hassle”

I booked a one way ticket from London to Munich from the US, where I reside. I was a little nervous about the whole thing as I had never used this site before and it was unfamiliar to me in the US. Stay away from this company. They added more charges after I clicked to pay. Then they needed a copy of my passport and card because they couldn't verify my card. Sent off these copies to them stupidly. Now have no response at all although I'm emailing them to find out if booking is confirmed. Was aprehensive at first after reading some bad reviews but in my case they even got back to me very quickly with the extra information I needed. “UNFAIR cancellation fees bad customer services ”

I have been ask to pay for cancellation fees even when my card got decline and ticket was no bought or confirmed when you I have triad to contact them their e-mail system don't work so I had to call and that was a very very expensive phone call wish didn't resolve nothing got more harassment from fly.co.uk via e-mail also I'm not really sure of their terms and conditions understanding I will never recommend this company to nobody and I think they don't act in the interest of the consumer … Read Full Review

Hello, I am also in same page, they sent email to me your credit card is not working 2 months before. I replied to them at service@fly.co.uk to get this sorted which never responded. I sent a lot of emails to them at same emailID.

They sent me email through again service @fly.co.uk to pay 50 (cancellation fees) + 12.50 (reminder fees) and also mentioned if I have already paid please reply back to us. But where the hell should I reply because they never respond to service@? Yesterday I called them and found new emailID and that's where they replied. The email which is sent through service@ , no where mentioned "Don't Reply" wording in email. It's absolutely another way to get money from customer through glitch. We should file complain to close their business in UK.

Total crooks, stay away, they fraudently charge your credit cards at will, without any warning or billing. The site says "Fly.co.uk" they are not British but German.You cannot email them despite them showing and email address, you can phone @ 55p per minute if you like being on hold for about 30 minutes before talking to a brickwall. As per other reviews. Website added numerous charges automatically and the 'total' paid when giving card details had increased after the payment had been successful. Then needed to fax copy of card and passport to the company to confirm booking. If this wasn't done within 24 hours I would be fined £100. Tried to contact fly.co.uk over phone as no response to email but cost 51p a minute and there was no answer. Don't even know if tickets are booked successfully. Last night I booked flights with this company..the price started at £780 but in the end i paid nearly £200 more...the charges just kept appearing or magically selecting themselves!!! i know i should have bailed, but i thought i was using a legitimate website, not being scammed!!! “What is the customer service number?”

Booked a flight, received a 'booking request' email, then not long after another email with 'credit card prossesing error' asking me to confirm it with my bank and reply to them on this email. So I did all that and received an automated email with 'thank you very much to contacting fly.co.uk' but they have never got back to me. I tried to book my tickets with fly.co.uk today. They couldn't also verify my credit card. I tried to call them and I had to wait on he phone for at least 20 min. As someone has already mentioned, the company charges are ridiculously expensive! After having waited for 20 min I didn't speak to a human. I booked my tickets on Airfrance website.
