I booked a return flight to corfu and then got an email 3 day before i flew that i had no outgoing flight!! Why book a return flight for you when you have no outgoing flight! Eventually found a phone number rang a very expensive phone number and was told i had a return flight booked and paid for but no outgoing flight and i had to contact the airline and book one myself!!! they made no attempt to try and sort the problem out. nor would they cancell my return flight. Booking my flights with Fly.co.uk was very easy and very clear. When the airline (Lufthansa) changed the times of my return flights, fly.co.uk informed me immediately and gave me plenty of time to think about it including an offer of a full refund. They kept me informed and advised me about my flights even after returning. It was great from them. However, the airline did not offer good service as they promised, especially meals choice. I was looking for a cheap intentional to Asia and used this website as it was about £50 cheaper than edreams or the other sites. The worse booking mistake I have ever made. The company first confirmed the booking, then cancelled it two days before my trip (without informing me before hand)claiming that I did not give them the additional verification information that they had requested (passport copy). I cannot believe that they are legally allowed to operate. I booked a flight with them and they rejected my card and asked me to send a scan of my passport and my bank card as proof of ID. Obviously I refused due to the risk of fraud.My bank informed me that fly took 1p out of my account to check it was active. So, why did they say there were problems with my card? I have asked my bank to investigate the matter on my behalf. Their fraud prevention team is looking into the matter now. You can't do anything alone, so you'll need a bigger organisation to help you. Other options are the citizen's advice bureau ( but they are UK based and fly.co.uk are a German outfit . So, the EU consumer watchdog. might be a good option. If the bank can't resolve it, I am considering contacting the police and putting in a claim. I am also considering contacting a newspaper- 'German company rips of Brits'- The Sun would have a field day!

Very easy and fast results, within a second i had the choices of several flight, with prices starting from cheapest and increasing. The whole process of booking is quite straight forward.And most of all i think i had the best quote for the flight i wanted. “BEWARE....Slick & Slippery”

I reserved / booked two seats on line. Approximately an hour or so later(14:50) I received a message that my Credit card had not gone through, and that I needed to phone immediately, because they would not accept a different card on line, and to prevent a £50 service charge I must talk with them within 24 hours. This website is an absolute nightmare. I was checking prices on it and to get the final price (including the card charges) they ask you to put in your card details. The fact that this site is advertised by Google was a reassurance for me but I was wrong. Booked a flight to Vienna with minimal hassle. I got a prompt invoice by email. I then had to confirm the flight with the airline itself 72 hours in advance. I contacted them and it was such a task (they don't reply to the emails until few days, their phone charges are horrendous). They pretended that it was a regular legitimate sale and offered a refund without specifying the amount or the date. I forgot to say that was 2 months ago and nothing has been refunded yet. My bank has been useless so far. I waas surprised to find out that there is a very large numbers of negative reviews about them and still Google endorses them despite the way they rip off their customers. Even the Guardian has highlighted this ongoing problem.
