This was my first time booking with fly.co.uk and I found the whole process so simple. We booked the flights way back in October 2012 and fly.co.uk kept us up to date immediately with any flight changes.
My only concern was when I couldn't find my e-tickets and when I asked for replacements I was told that I had already received them. Fortunately I found them in my re-cycle bin. Other than that the whole flight booking was so easy.
