Customer service is awful- avoid! I wanted to change my flight to an earlier date and was willing to pay the fee. I contacted the airline I was flying with and they said it should be no problem as they had two flight that night, but the agent would have to make the change for me. Well, when I contacted fly.co.uk they said they couldn't do anything.
