I booked a one way ticket from London to Munich from the US, where I reside. I was a little nervous about the whole thing as I had never used this site before and it was unfamiliar to me in the US. However, I received very timely email messages about my bookings and there was always a reliable link to relevant sites to verify that there was in fact a booking. The only error was on my part - I am not used to the 24hr clock usage and was under the impression that I was booking a flight in the evening when in fact, it was early morning! Got to spend more time at destination! I would use this site again and recommend it for its fares, reliability and simplicity.
