Very unprofessional, rude staff and Manager is always missing. Manager will always make the decisions but he is always in 'meetings'. Cannot get hold of the relevant people. 100 %true please please do not trust these people they are 100 % froud they my took money after that they never issue my tickets so I been calling them every day 20 calls staff is very roud they tell thir false name and every time when you call different person will answer the phone and will say this person dose not work for us main person will never answer your phone and you will struggle to get your money back and you are lucky if you can

They bluff people by reserving tickets in 2 airlines, one which customer requested and another with a cheaper flight. Then they inform customers at the last moment that due to some technical problem the tickets were not confirmed so advise for the alternate option which would be cheaper one. I have been tricked by this company by £6022 and the verbal abuse they gave me in addition, I have managed to report it to uk fraud action team and they are dealing with it but I guess it is a very slow process but I need more people to report it so we can get this company closure from uk and stop them harassing more people. Never trust these guys. I booked 2 tickets with Swiss Airlines in 2 months advance. I paid a hefty anount for it. 5 days before travel I am told the tickets are not confirmed so wont get the boarding pass. I was provided alternate tickets with Saudi Airlines which was £300 cheaper per ticket. They cheated £600 from me for 2 tickets. I would never recommend then to anyone. Hello dear you are right, pay a little bit more elsewhere but please do not deal with them ever. It causes emotional breakdown and they make you feel so so so down. You end up hating yourself for trusting them. They say they have a office in barking Essex but police have been there and there is nothing in existence. The guy who pretends to be a manager of uk based fly chepest company but he is bad. Watch out for the sales manager based in India call centre is the biggest trickster you will ever come across to. Not only they make individual people like us fool but they have ripped many small travel agencies in uk. I would like to see this company closed down ASAP. One victim of fly chepest never got his tickets or money back for his two tickets booked for an urgent trip to Pakistan, he planned to take his mother to Pakistan due to her nature of saviour illness and her wish to take her last breath in Pakistan , she died but they never apologised or compensated her son. I am so disgusted to deal with them it has been the worse experience of my lifetime. I have lost my money 6022 and had to buy urgent tickets from your travelshop based in Bolton , our trip to Saudi Arabia for ten passenger costing me 8765 pound in total because of the peak time of the year and not having enough time as we are flying on 29th march, I have been made emotionally so broken by this people that I can't describe it enough. This experience has made me feel so hopeless about my trip on 29th march that if it was upto me I would cancell it but by doing so I will be letting other nine family member down including my mother who is grieving over the lost of my father.

My worst flying experience coz of this travel agency. In spite of booking the flight 2 month prior and then while arriving at the airport. I was told that my ticket is not confirmed and I was denied boarding. I had to manage my own accommodation for that night as the agency could not book me into any other flight on the same day. The same thing happened to me. They said they will send my ticket within 48 hrs of payment but i never heard anything from them after i paid for the ticket. I keep chasing them just to at least get my money back. The whole experience is just ridiculous. Did you get your money back?

Hi!These people are just bad.dont expect any ticket or money from them. I manage to get money back from deal checker after telling them that I'll take legal action against them. It's their parent website based in uk. Funny enough getting in touch with the person at deal checker ,money got paid in my account within an hour(out of office hours).

Never in my travel history have I ever come across a more horrible travel agency and such terrible services. All staff whether the travel consultant, their managers or the top managers are trained to only give nonsense to clients. Their imaginary tickets only exist in the imagination of the flycheapest staff.... I was initially told that this would be delivered within 48 - 72 hours but it took over a week and was never delivered, despite constantly chasing them every day. I have had pretty much the same experience, numerous emails and phone calls and no answers just continuously fobbed off with " your tickets are in process " and " you will have your tickets in 48 hours " and nothing happens. In my instance they haven't taken payment which is why I have been chasing them. I am now at the point where the manager will not return my calls or my emails. I am now in the situation where it is now too late to get any reasonably priced tickets and the dates I have booked with them are fully booked elsewhere. I expect I will get the same story about the flights being overbooked and no tickets available for me. I need to know who to see in order to take these people to task. This was a very important visit for me and my family back home to South Africa and now we won't be able to go it seems. I am so annoyed about this, these people have no respect for anyone, the way they do business is surely against trading standards.

I did eventually get the e-ticket but only when I asked for a refund. I was told it would take 3 days and then when I pushed for some form of proof of refund being processed I got an email saying the original tickets have been confirmed. Really dodgy

What a surprise, I have had the same experience, bur unlike you I made a mistake of paying a deposit, and than no tickets turned up. I am still waiting for my refund three weeks later, countless e mails and phone calls, I have now reported to the local gazett and trading standards, next step is a small claims court.

Hi you are perfectly right same case with me they have overdrawn the money from my account like I have bought a ticket of 594£ including online charges but they have overdrawn the money from my account like 16.34 when I asked they said we put your request to the finance department they returned you within five working days but I haven't received yet.And I phoned them they made lame excuses like we are busy in meeting we call you back with in hour but no body contacted.

I can feel the pain you are going through .
Even emailing this issue to customer services email had no response at all not even an acknowledgement email. I don't understand why to bother having a customer services email address when this company is going to ignore then anyway
I have managed to get my money refunded after all this hassle towards the end of March but there is no compensation or apology from flycheapest for the overcharging & continued delay in refundin
I had a contact them, and they helped me to get my refund, hope this helps
