I warn everyone who reads this that they take your hard earned money & your E tickets will never be issued. They are rude lie & cheat you they have multiple bank accounts,fake names,Avoid completely.

They promise e-tickets in 1-2 days and take your money . Then keep you waiting for ticket saying allocation idepartment is working on it and there is a long queue. they don't deliver the tickets . You wil be lucky if you get the e/tickets or your money refunded .. Please avoid

i booked flights for me & my family to travel in jul2016 , the price offered was very good ,tickets had arrived well on time ,the staff did on line check-in for all of us which saved our time for check-in ,i will use them again for my trip

The staff that delt with me was very patient and also very understanding. I will really recommend friends and family to this service. I Had asked the lady manager of flycheapest to book me 2 tickets and she checked and confirmed and then sent me an email with the tickets and payment link so I checked the flight details and the names and 1 of the names was spelt incorrectly so I called the lady manager and told her the issue because I was about to make payment so she said to me she will check and call me in 10 minutes and half hour later she called me and said the ticket was never booked but just put on hold and when I asked her why did she ask me to make a payment then she said that she had to release the tickets and that the flight people had taken the tickets and when I told her when she has to send the flight and customer details to a costumer they have to check and then she has to confirm booking and ask the customers to make payment she said It does not work like that and when I told her all other travel agencies do that she said to go and book with them and then I asked her that is she really a manager and that she does not know how to treat customers very poor service I wasted two days trying to book tickets.rubbish customers service they only lie to people and cheat by telling people to pay money without booking flights.

I was the victim of them and now that I researching on line, it turns out there are many of us who have experienced the same treatment. FlyCheapest just charges you for tickets they never book, or more precisely, they book and cancel within days or even hours after the booking and hold on to your money to carry out their illicit transactions. They then deny responsibility saying that the airline has cancelled the flight while you are left on the ground watching your flight departing to your chosen destination. Still awaiting a reply from them after 6 months. Initial cost of flights refunded without my permission. Should be sued and made bankrupt, as far as I am concerned! The Airline denied all responsibility. Why are these agents still allowed to operate in the UK? It is a disgrace!

My experience try to book a flight was easy. All I did was I put my mobile no. On line to compare a flight, someone immediately contact me and help me found the cheapest tickets and the day and time that I want to travel. The sale person was very helpful. One thing I didn't like was I gave him my bank details to book it, somehow the system didn't let sale person to make the payment so he has to send me a link which I was not happy to do it but he helped me to do it and I did it. It would be more easier if the sale person could make the payment and book straight away instead of I had to make on payment to the airline and waiting for them to accept my payment which make the booking time a bit longer. Anyway everything is fine now the sale person was really helpful. Thanks to him

Spoke to a very lovely man on the phone who sorted everything out for me and an INCREDIBLE price! This member of staff talked me through the entire booking process and even gave me advice on which fare was best value for money. The process was quick and didn't take long at all - the best deals were offered to me within minutes of calling which was very different to other travel agencies that seem to string you along and then offer you a ridiculously high price! I'm so grateful to flycheapest - I'm really looking forward to flying!

I tried to access your system on line and entered my phone number into the system. Within a few minuetes I was contacted by your operator who assisted me in my enquiries, she gave me all the relevent information I required and booked the flights for me. I have now completed the process and I am looking forward to getting away on holiday. Many thanks to the person I dealt with for all her help.
