Do not book with these unless you would like to lose your money. We have been trying to get a refund for invalid tickets for months now but Fly Cheapest initially fed us lies and then continually ignore us. They are not a member of any professional body e.g. ABTA, ATOL and they get you to pay by bank transfer. Booked flight to Sydney. Had to pay a deposit to check my credit card which was unusual. Then they rang me to check what amount they had taken. When I gave them the correct answer they took out the remainder. I later discovered that the money I had paid to Fly Cheapest of Uxbridge had actually been paid into the account of Eezie Travel Delhi India and as it is a foreign company I was charged £36.15 extra. I have given all the details you need in several emails sent to you at Customer Services. I would not post this review if you had complied with your legal requirement to refund the Air Passenger Tax to me. Cathay Pacific have informed me that you claimed this tax on January 10 2013 on my behalf and yet you still have not refunded it to me. Therefore, I have no alternative but to take legal action against your company.

Update on the above review 6/4/2013 Still no response from Fly Cheapest despite one phone call and four emails requesting repayment of Air Passenger Tax which is legally refundable. It is their legal responsibility to pay back this sum. They are breaking the law by refusing to pay. They have commented on this posting by saying that I have to give flight numbers etc. They have been given all this exact information in my emails and over the phone. All this company needs to do is to refund me to avoid legal action and further bad publicity. This has been going on since 10 January 2013.

An absolute disgrace!! Company staffed by incompetent people. Will take your money and will not issue any tickets. If you’re looking for appalling customer service, continual deception, obstructive behaviour, a litany of excuses, unanswered emails and long line of promises to return calls never being kept, then flycheapest is probably the travel company you’re looking for. They also specialise in invisible tickets after making their customers think they have a confirmed booking and after having paid a very large amount of money. This is obviously flycheapest's simple idea - to ask for details to make it look like these genuine reviews are not quite so.
I am the one who made this review. The company knew all too well what my details were and they kept stonewalling me.
I am happy to report that I did eventually get my money back - but I had to apply an enormous amount of pressure to get it.
I contacted ATOL (their parent company World Reisen Ltd are members) and reported the fact that they had taken my money. I also reported the fact that their receipts did not comply with ATOL standards and requirements.
I contacted BBCs Watchdog and gave them my story about flycheapest.
I went on every review site that I could find and told the stoy of my experience. I then emailed flycheapest the links to those reviews!
I threatened them with legal action, including the fact that I would employe a private bailiff to come and visit their premises in Uxbridge.
Basically, with a company like this, you just have to keep ratcheting-up the pressure until it becomes too uncomfortable for them to keep your money.
It was extremely stressful for me and my family - and for anyone else going through similar problems with flycheapest, you have my heartfelt sympathy.
I would also urge this review site to more carefully vet the short five star reviews here as I suspect that they are all from flycheapest themselves and not at all real.

I booked and paid £2,800 to flycheapest. My biggest mistake was that, due to their exessive credit card charges, I arranged a bank transfer. Since then, I have had been faced with unanswered calls, no reply to emails, lies, excuses and anything else you care to mention - but no tickets. Please do AVOID flycheapest if you want to travel. finally I had to sacrifice money. He told me the ticket price gone high. and i hv to pay that amount for the tickets. I really needed tickets. he asked me £30, so i gave him . luckily i got the ticket. But i had to struggle lot. Its so much easier to pay bit more than loosing money or struggling lot to get the service. I learn a lesson to use a famous website and dont do online transfers.

I booked flights to Sydney, I was speaking with Rob and Kate. They asked me to deposit money into their bank account, World Reisen and sent me an email confirmation of the booking. I waited 10 days and still did not receive an e-ticket, after chasing every day. Why doesnt this travel agent have a good review, Are some people just fussy, I thought about booking a flight but they asked for a copy of my passport (which must be as bad as bank details,right) and when i refused they said it doesnt matter, Either they need it or they dont? why ask,. they asked to be paid by bank transfer, Are some people just to fussy or should i be careful, people report they have to wait a few days for confirmation but nobody has said if they actually got a flight in the end.

Clients are advised to pay thru bank transfer only to avoid CC surcharge. Clients are not forced to pay in bank. It’s absolutely their choice; and moreover clients, like you, themselves opt for bank transfers as they are sometime reluctant to give card details over the phone.

You talk about writing vague information when the 1* reviews are the most detailed - a complete contrast to the poor grammar and brevity of the 5* reviews. Why don't you spend more time looking after your customers that scouring review websites and putting on bogus 5* reviews?
