Where should I start?
I had booked my India Trip in December & quoted £3080.72 but amount charged to my account is £3164.72.

There was no explanation on why the £84.70 was charged in excess but was promised to refund it back.

Till date no refund has taken place. Whe I called on Friday, 7th Mach 2014 to ask about the same, the advisor told me that the account department tried to do refund but there was some issue.
Why they never informed me about the issue? Also then offered me a voucher of £100 instead for the next time I book with them.
Obviously I refused to take the voucher as I cannot see myself booking with these non-trustworthy company in future.
I have asked to make a faster payment to my account but that is not done yet & I cannot speak to the advisor today as he has not logged in.Also all the managers are in a meeting.
There are few other glitches to our Air France flight
1.We ordered special meals but that was not passed on to Air France
2.My infant son's booking didn't have the passport details so the ground staff couldn't issue him a ticket from Paris to Mumbai & we have to sort it out on Paris Airport with Air France staff with lot of difficulty

I personally will never book a ticket with them from the unprofessional response I received

Hi you are perfectly right same case with me they have overdrawn the money from my account like I have bought a ticket of 594£ including online charges but they have overdrawn the money from my account like 16.34 when I asked they said we put your request to the finance department they returned you within five working days but I haven't received yet.And I phoned them they made lame excuses like we are busy in meeting we call you back with in hour but no body contacted.

I can feel the pain you are going through .
Even emailing this issue to customer services email had no response at all not even an acknowledgement email. I don't understand why to bother having a customer services email address when this company is going to ignore then anyway
I have managed to get my money refunded after all this hassle towards the end of March but there is no compensation or apology from flycheapest for the overcharging & continued delay in refundin
I had a contact them, and they helped me to get my refund, hope this helps
