Good customer care and politeness in interactions.The staff member took time to listen to customer explanations and was not hurried in answering .The necessary adjustments were carried out swiftly and efficiently and a ticket was promised in 24 hours and indeed after this time had elapsed the agent phoned to remind /assure the client that her e ticket had been emailed to her which was showing that she had stuck to her promise which is good.
