Booked tickets to fly to East Africa, paid deposit and paid the balance on credit card. A week before flight received an email saying that they were unable to offer the tickets because they had fallen out with Egypt air. They wanted £300 more to book another airline. We refused and asked for our money back. We are still waiting. Daily phone calls and them keep on lying to us saying the next day or after or the refund department is open at 12pm. Don't touch this travel agent for your safety!!!!!
