“Avoid like the plague!!!”

An absolute disgrace!! Company staffed by incompetent people. Will take your money and will not issue any tickets. Then the lies and stonewalling will begin as you are passed from their 'sales' department to their 'marketing' department and kept on the phone for ages. Will subsequently ask for more money when tickets had already been paid for in full. Stay well away!!

We would advise you to explain your issue in detail rather than explaining what you wish to do with the company.

If you have any genuine concerns, please give details of your reservation and name of the agent you booked with.

Just writing vague information about everything may not fetch any result in the end. Moreover readers will not believe your comment unless it’s supported by facts.
