Do not use this Company, in my experience they are only interested in taking your money, after which they avoid taking calls answering emails. My cruise holiday was cancelled and despite several phone calls no one admitted it!They try to dodge responsibility at every turn. They are not members of ABTA- no surprise-so you have to resort to legal action. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Please don't book with this Agent No communication when crucial changes were made due to covid Multiple calls to many to count to the named agent who was my point of contact Refund monnies held for 3 months and two weeks To sum up there is a level of deviance when dealing with this company

I add my voice to the others who are having difficulty getting refund for cancelled cruise due to Covid. Their sales service was excellent and I really thought I was booking with a reputable company with good customer service. Ha! Little did I know that they are Sharks.! Don’t touch them with a barge pole as their after sales and refund policy is scandalous - they must have thousands from people like me who cannot afford to lose their hard earned money. I am taking legal action.

Booked a cruise 2020. Cancelled due to covid. Rebooked for 2021. Cancelled. Cannot get £1500 refund. Phoned and emails just ignored. Promised refund in May. Have not seen a penny. Am now contacting Lawyers and Debt collecting agency to get this money back. Please stay well clear of this Company. Utter garbage.Was promised refund by their administration Manager. Even if he exists?.

We booked a family cruise through Flights & Packages, travelling with NCL for August 2020. Obviously the cruise was cancelled but we rebooked in good faith for July 23rd of this year, with the understanding that our deposit would be refunded if it did not sail. We contacted F&P in March of this year requesting a refund, our calls have been ignored, our emails unanswered, when they have responded they have just tried to convince us to rebook. I contacted NCL who told us that the money for the deposit (£3000) had been sent back to F&P in May. I again emailed the company and we did receive a response saying that we would be refunded, however we are still waiting, another email requesting an update remains unanswered. Had we been on the holiday we would now be home. Totally disappointed! Four months of being ignored!

Cruise part of package cancelled by company, so you would expect a full refund. Not with Flights and Packages, they think you should still pay for a hotel and flight even though cruise cancelled. Now embroiled in lengthy battle for refund of deposit but will succeed. Customers are protected by law. Holidays, tours, packages act 1992. Also, contacting ITA & ATOL, of which they are members. Will never book with them again and will tell as many as I can, how poor they are.

4 of us booked a cruise. 2 had to cancel due to ill health. The 2 people who went on the cruise had a good time but the 2 people who didn't got no refund even though they cancelled 8 weeks before departure and not only that flights and packages were refunded airport taxes and 5 months later we are still trying to get it back. The response to emails and telephone calls is shocking

We book with flight and packages we went Pak when we coming pack we reach airport thy said last night your seats cancelled we v upset kids school holidays finish husband need to go work and me was patient when we ask the reason thy said u not paid for ticket we said we paid without paying thy not issue tickets thy said u pay with credit card but we paid cash and I have proof of it in my email. When my brother in uk contact with head office of Qatar airways thy said agents did this . Then my brother contact with flight and packages member who booked our seats she said we don't know we can not do anything .then my brother said u receive mony how can u deny now . Then thy said ok we will do after 4 days thy again book our seats and we come back home we face lot of problems

we have just returned from a cruise on the ncl epic,freestyle cruising, everything on board you could wish for, first class service from all the staff as specially our cabin steward.very good transfers and a lovely clean Atlas hotel in Barcelona with very helpful staff we could not fault our holiday.thank you flights and packages. 

I used Flights & Packages to book my very first cruise and they were amazing. I drove them nuts with all sorts of questions and name alterations (my fault) and they were more patient than I would have been. I was celebrating my 65th birthday, so I wanted it to be special, and it was! All taxis were on time (and I even changed the times) it was truly wonderful. The ship was opulent and big. The only disadvantage of a big ship is the time wasted queuing to get on and off which was quite slow, so I will try and pick a smaller one next time with more English speaking travellers as they were mainly Italians. I am already looking on their website for my next cruise!!!

Neil Warrington has just altered a booking we had previously made and got us an even better deal than the original offer. Nothing was too much trouble and he responded quickly to all my emails. Great service and will definitely use Flights and Packages again.
