“Bad service ”

Flight time was changed without any email sent to me. Plus I never got a conformation number to check my flight. I called united and they was happy to give me this. I'm glad I got the number and checked, which I found my flight and times where changed without my knowledge. I had to rebook it for a later flight for the same day. “Deceptive business practice”

Last night (8/5/2014), when I searched for 5 air ticket from Portland Oregon to Beijing China at Tripadvisor.com. FlightHub showed the lowest price. I clicked the link and was directed to FlightHub's website. After I entered all the passage names, DOB, contact phone number, email address, credit card number and seat selections, then click "confirm and book" button. “Can't cancel an option within 24hrs after booking.”

By mistake, I selected seats when check out. They charged me $20 bucks for "Pur guarantee", not for upgrade class seats, just for the seat #; Right after booking, when I received the invoice by email, I called ask for cancelling "Pur guarantee" but they said I can't. If compare with other agents, FlightHub is the very bad customer SV I've ever seen . Others, usually, they allow us change within 24hrs to review the confirmation. “Tickets nonrefundable, hidden fees”

Of course, I booked with them because they had the lowest price. The travel insurance is misleading. The customer service is incompetent. I tried to upgrade one of my seats to business class, and I couldn't through the airline site. So, I called them, and they, of course, tried to charge me fees. I bought four tickets, each charged $ 3 more than the stated total. I have repeatedly been promised a refund, but have no serious expectation of getting it. Nowhere on the website is there any mention of hidden charges and I was not notified of any changes in price before my credit card was charged. Just purchased the ticket on their web site. By default they include a 20 $ purchase guarantee in their price, so instead of buying a ticket for 90 $ you get it for 110$. What is especially vexing is that you can't get this 20 $ back, but only use them if you want to book flights in the future. "Great" business model… Read Full Review
