I booked 2 tickets for my daughter and I from Vancouver connecting to Toronto connecting to Los Angeles and was so pleased with how easy and cheap our flight was. We received our itinerary and confirmation for our booking and started planning our trip. No sense of compassion or sympathy. WORST ONLINE BOOKING SERVICE. I have booked with them many times and I regret it. DONT LET THE CHEAP FARES FOOL YOU. They will fool you with their $75, $125, and $200 charges for cancellations. The representatives are impolite and do not care to help you at all! ~ Verified order Flight Hub Booked a flight, confusing website and accidentally scheduled the wrong return flight with an overnight stopover in Seattle airport. Called customer service as soon as I noticed (less than 12 hours later) and he kept saying it's "ONLY $75 to change my flight and cancel". If a mistake is made online, most airlines and flight services will change your flight free of charge since it's easy to make a mistake. It's not "only $75"... it's "$75 in the trash". “Unethical ”

Flight Hub should be shut down. Although you can get away with flying for cheap at times, they are really shady as well. They cancelled a flight on me without telling me and to rebook was almost twice as much which I was forced to do because my partner still had an uncancelled ticket.  I had proof from the airline on what happened. “In the end they don't save you money just take your time”

This was the worst experience I have had booking travel. They told me the price at the beginning of the call and then at the end said it had changed while we were booking it. They spelt my name wrong I called back immediately cancelled the reservation. Booked another reservation. They called me back at 11 Pm the next day to tell me I had 2 reservations now and they were unable to cancel either reservation. I contacted the BBB. I booked two tickets with Flight Hub...I found out just a few days before my trip that they actually cancelled one of my tickets, without notifying me. They are supposed to contact you if your reservations doesn't go through or if anything changes...this is their policy apparently. But no notification for me. My husband got a critical injury after I've purchased 2 air tickets from Flighthub. I called them to cancel our booking and explained our misfortunes. They told me to pay $150 each ticket to them for "modification fee" and air line would charge me another $200 each ticket for penalty. Thus I paid $300 to Flighthub for cancellation before getting the refund. “Terrible service for utilizing my credit-not resolved yet”

I had booked a flight to dallas on Oct 1/15, travel date was for Oct 23/15 returning to Calgary on Oct 25/15. The purpose of the trip was for a volunteer event meeting. I have now opened a facebook account and posted the details on the booking information to you. I would appreciate an early response as it is now 3 weeks since I tried to book my tickets and the credit expires on Oct 1st leaving me a very short window to arrange for the travel and book my time off work accordingly. Therefore I also request a consideration of an extension to the October 1st expiry date and request to travel to any destination of my choice with me paying the difference if applicable. Thank you.

We bought the tickets on the phone because some visa and passport issues, The travel agent said that there is no any problems, that he checked all requirements with Lufthansa and we can fly. We bought the tickets. My wife and 6 years old son were in the Montreal Airport on time 3 hrs prior the flight. And.... They were rejected to be boarded because of the "Visa problems". This is by far the worst company I had to deal with and received the worst customer service ever in my life. I tried to book a flight after seeing it on a sale price on your website. We had to make a flight change from Calgary to Toronto, the FlightHub rep on the phone said that it was good, and it was all good. We get to the airport, and while the airline knows that the flights had been changed, FlightHub had not completed the transaction yet, so there was no ticket.
