I booked a trip to Chicago with my family, and I had to cancel shortly after. I had to pay a $175 a person, plus a $200 flight fee. When trying to change the destination of my trip, they tried to tell me that my credit could not be applied unless I went to the same destination. Had to go through United Airlines to get my flight changed. They were kind and it only cost me $182 a person. They also waived the "change fee" cost for me, as it was four months in advance.

“Flight Change Status Notification”

After receiving a notification that my flight had changes, I called in to the number provided - the automated phone system is so frustrating that by the time I was able to talk to an agent I was thoroughly irritated. Once on with the agent she took well over 20 minutes to simply tell me the problem, then to resolve it she was taking yet another 20 to which I requested an email sent with the changes.....it was never sent! “Terrible and Sketchy”

I have never been treated so rudely or dealt with a company that has such sketchy policies. I don't know how they are getting around the Canadian law that says that the tax has to be included in the airplane ticket quote. It did not come up until after I had already pushed pay and the receipt came up $400 more. When I immediately tried to cancel I had to pay $75 to cancel. Expedia gives you 24 hours to cancel. First and last time I have used FlightHub. Didn't save much money on the flight and then when I had to change the flight I found out they charge $125 in addition to the $200 the airline charges. This is ridiculous and the site does not make this clear. The price does not include taxes and extra charges. Charged my credit card far more than the rip off price. Emailed customer service (recording gave email address-no one answered) and recording stated would resply within 6 hours. 2 days later called and prometed to talk to a booking agent and she could hardly speak english. “Should be avoided”

Similar problems as other reviews, they charge my ticket repeatedly to my credit card until they busted the credit limit, all this confirmed by our bank. Yes, I checked out only once!. They cancelled the reservation because "Payment issues". Before cancellation we tried to explain them their system created the problem, no results, it was like talking to a brick wall. Reading these reviews makes me realize that it wasn't a one time mistake what happened to me. They charged my credit card, yet cancelled the flight purchase and sent an email "credit card declined." They confirmed at one price and when I recieveds the email it was a different price . They did not give me money back.  I authorized a specific price not 200$ more. Also they won't add infants for you and therefor you have to show up at the airport and hope they add them at the gate. These people  charged my credit card three times but I kept getting an email with a message saying there was an issue with billing! Don't bother trying to call to talk to someone because that's another joke. You wait on hold anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour but can not get any resolution. FlightHub is a horror show!! Booked a flight as a Canadian with a Canadian Airline and to and from a Canadian city and the price quoted was in US dollars (in fine grey print.) Called them immediately when I noticed my Visa was being billed for 150$ more than I was quoted and they said pay us 75$ and we will cancel it.The only recourse is to contact your credit card company and hope that they will fight them on your behalf…..stay away, NO customer service!… Read Full Review

“Beware the Sneaky Churges!!!”

This company has an appetite for hidden charges which cannot be cancelled! I just bought a pair of tickets to London, because their price was some $10 per ticket lower than their competitors' and upon receiving the confirmation letter discovered the added "Purch.
