When I searched flights within Canada in FlightHub, I saw the Canadian flag at the top right corner of the webpage. So I assumed the prices are in CAD. Bought the ticket for $219. When it was charged to my credit card it turned out to be $256. I went back to the website and had a better look. Next to Canadian flag, there is this tiny writing "USD". “Stay away from flight hub!”

I booked a ticket through flight hub, they cancelled because they tried to put $1365.86 through my credit card, twice. I had a ticket for an hour, then they tried to charge my credit card again. and cancelled the ticket. They say i will not get my money back for 10 business days which is ridiculous, and, I am not able to talk with a supervisor. It is the WORST experience I have ever had with a booking agent. Our trip was cancelled due to my surgery and we had to pay $500 penalty plus $300to airline. I called twice to rebook trip, the line was dropped twice, the next day I spent two hours to rebook, after I gave my credit card info, 10 minutes later, they said the price went up!!! Flight Hub is the worst! Save yourself the agony and book through a legit company. I booked a small round trip through flight hub from northern BC to Kamloops. I also paid for the cancellation insurance (DONT DO). Unless someone in your family is dying the insurance won't cover. I booked my flight for Dec 21- Dec 28. When I went to print the email the next day the date read Jan 8 to Jan 12. The company is actually the most frustrating company to deal with. Booked a flight less than 24 hours ago and they can not change it without charging an absolute fortune! My partner and I had booked our flights from Vancouver to Orlando while on the phone with our friends on Thursday evening. We had double-checked everything before proceeding. Had flight booked to Edmonton for 303.89, have to change date for 2 weeks later now want to charge 506.00 on top of the 303.89 and also pay airline fee. Called airline fee to change and price difference is 189.00. They are trying to charge almost 3 times more, for what to change a date !!!!! One of the worst sites I have ever dealt with. I sat on hold for over an hour waiting for their "customer service" to respond. While sitting on hold the automated voice kept repeating that the estimated wait time was more than 15 minutes which never changed for and hour plus the other automated message stating how many calls were ahead of me would bounce up and down. “Rebooking cancelled trips is IMPOSSIBLE!”

Flighthub has placed so many restrictions on their cancellation policy that it is virtually impossible to rebook. Unless you're using the same airline, at a time that's convenient for them, then you just have to pray that the price is the same or lower (which it's never). SO SAVE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER BOOK WITH THEM. Flight Hub is a Canadian company that chooses to use their online site to lure unsuspecting Canadian customers. I just used their site to book 6 flights for my family and I was completely blind sided after I purchased to see my total amount go from $3369 to $3734!
