My first experience booking on the Flighthub website was great, however my second experience was terrible! On August 24, 2015 I searched for the flights I wanted and the website indicated the price for the flights. I selected the flights and I continued with my booking. I purchased a flight for myself and my daughter in APRIL 2015. I double checked with the agent regarding pricing 3 or 4 times before confirming and we went over the other details several times, i.e. Spelling of names. The agent told me she would email me the confirmation within a few minutes but to call in the morning if I didn't receive it. “Flight Origin”

I booked flights for myself and my wife departing from Dublin to Panama return on the 14th of December. The flights go through Toronto on both legs. I was due to be in Dublin for the departure date however with work commitments I am unable to make it to Dublin for the flight. Through my positive experience in the past with flighthub, I recommended my parents to book thier 45th wedding annivery trip with flighthub. Stay Away from this company.  they book the ticket, will send you an email for confirmed booking and after a few minutes they will send a cancellation email but will not remove the charge created on the credit card. The worst customer service i have ever been to, i had to cancel my flight in order to cancel my flight i paid $150.00 then i got credit of the money i paid under my name. Which i have to use within one year same airline company same destination and only under my name. Credit expires on Oct 18 2015. Worst customer service!!! All I wanted to do was add my infant son to my ticket. Just getting to the right department is a challenge. Once I was told this would be done in 72 hours. When I called back 72 hours later they told me they needed 24 more hours and someone would contact me. No one ever did. I called back this morning and they told me to call back in 4 hours. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called ten minutes after booking to change one letter in one of the three travelers names and they wanted me to pay $224 dollars to change it. Every time I asked to speak to a supervisor I got the same word track that I would have to wait on hold for a long time and that I would just be told the same thing. I booked a trip from Calgary, Canada to Hamburg, Germany and wanted to cancel immediately after booking due to a family emergency. This company is nothing but HORRIBLE. I ADVISE you to pay the extra few bucks to book else where...and there reps are just so stupid they can't even speak proper English and there yelling back a if they know why I am canceling and making changes to my flight. The most dishonest company I've seen. Their price is a lie. The price seems lower than other 3rd part websites, but after you click to confirm your order, you will receive a invoice with a much higher price! No any notice during purchasing process! You could pay even more if you are not careful enough. Default setting ask you to purchase guarantee without any notice of fee charge——you won't know the fee until you receive your invoice. “Crooked, horrible service!!”

Flight Hub is horrible! When we had cancel a flight (because my son was called into Basic Training and couldn't make our wedding in Mexico) they assured us that if we paid the $300.00 cancellation fee that he would be able to use the credit towards any flight until this December. Easy to book online, fares same as any other discount broker but I hope you do not want to call them as this is a miserable experience. All I wanted from them was to add my name as an authorized third party (paid for flights so family could visit) so I can discuss the flights with the airline.
