Flight Hub is not alone in this lack: 1. you cannot access on-line check in with the carrier you have a ticket for (you need a code that only a long-winded wait and phonecall will produce when you contact the airline direct!); 2. the site is not clear as to what $ you are transacting in (CAD or USD) and of course once you find out, it's usually too late! this company is not a responsible business at all. the company advertise itself as a Canadian company serving Canadian but in fact they are hiring a cheap call centre some where (not in Canada). their customer service agents are not even aware of the Canadian cities and the geography of Canada. they are rude and dishonest and they might cause a gross financial loss to their customers with their attitude and careless behaviour… Read Full Review

I purchased 3 tickets from canada to an asian country when I was booking them 2 people were with me while I was booking, and everything was correct I received an email 5 minutes later that I was charged $100 more, so $300 in total, and no body answered my question correctly, they just said the prices might change while you are filling the forms which doesn't make any sense because no one notified me. so wort experience ever!!! I booked my ticket online, when i got the confirmation it was completely different than what i booked. i called them to correct it they advised me that they would charge me $75. per piece for tickets that cost $150 to correct their error. after 4 phone calls and almost 5hours of dealing with their customer service department my issue was unsolved. i ended up cancelling my ticket and is now out money and no ticket. there so called manager sounded worse than the reps. they all sounded like they… Read Full Review

“Successful Trip”

I booked a trip from Canada to the Philippines in December of 2013 for May 2014. The trip for me and my wife totaled just over $2000.00 CAD, round trip ( a great price, I might add). The one concern I had was that the seating arrangements for one of the flights that was confirmed on my receipt was not book, but thankfully they were able to do that at the airport. “Worst Customer Service Ever - BEWARE!”

I booked over a month in advance with plenty of selection and low prices. A week prior to my trip, I was emailed a notice that they had had to make changes to my iternary. This is almost exactly the same as happened to me. Still not resolved and my trip is less than a week away. Flighthub keeps blaming Iberia and Air Canada. How can this company stay in business. I haven't seen one decent review on them!!! Full of lies and inconsistencies! Don't believe them when they say they'll call you back. Travel writers need to alert the public about these criminals !

FlightHub was by far the lowest price on the internet. Saved me about $400 for three people. I booked it and the next day my electronic ticket arrived with the invoice. The price I booked it at matched the invoice and matched my credit card statement. No surprises, good value. This company is a sham - they will never receive one more Dollar from my company. The entire flight itinerary was flawed from start to finish. Tickets were canceled and the airlines were compelled to clean up FlightHub's mistakes. “Watch out for hidden costs”

I booked a return flight from Ottawa, Canada to Orlando, Florida through flighthub. They had the best price and only one stop so I booked it. It wasn't until I was on that stop, on the way down, that I realized that they had switched airports on me in Washington. Yep, same thing just happened with me. My tickets went up $200 in a matter of minutes apparently, even though British Airways cannot confirm that they raised their price. They falsely advertise lower prices and then hold your tickets ransom until you pay more. This practice has to be against the law.
