“Worst Customer Service Ever - BEWARE!”

I booked over a month in advance with plenty of selection and low prices. A week prior to my trip, I was emailed a notice that they had had to make changes to my iternary. The changed flight was scheduled to land after my connecting flight would have already departed. I had to call three times to reach even a poor resolution. This is almost exactly the same as happened to me. Still not resolved and my trip is less than a week away. Flighthub keeps blaming Iberia and Air Canada. How can this company stay in business. I haven't seen one decent review on them!!! Full of lies and inconsistencies! Don't believe them when they say they'll call you back. Travel writers need to alert the public about these criminals !

FlightHub was by far the lowest price on the internet. Saved me about $400 for three people. I booked it and the next day my electronic ticket arrived with the invoice. The price I booked it at matched the invoice and matched my credit card statement. No surprises, good value. The website is no thrills and they could have been more forthcoming about the 'fine print'... my only complaints. Research this company and read the reviews all over the web. The airline I booked my return flight with went under over a month before I even left on my 10 day vacation. 3 days prior to leaving flight hub called my home phone number to inform me that they my the airline went under that that they will be refunding me $57 of my $570 ticket. “Terrible customer service”

It took 4 hours on the phone to get one of my flights changed to a new date. And they tried to charge me $200 on top of their $150 administration fees. “SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE. DO NOT BOOK WITH FLIGHT...”

This was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. My sister and I booked a flight from Toronto to Thailand with a connection in New York and Tokyo. Flight Hub must think we are supersonic and have special powers or something because they expected us to magically land at LaGuardia airport, wait for our bags, find our own transportation to JFK airport, check our bags, go through customs and meet our connecting flight to Tokyo in a total of 2 hours. “Save yourself problems”

This company is a sham - they will never receive one more Dollar from my company. The entire flight itinerary was flawed from start to finish. Tickets were canceled and the airlines were compelled to clean up FlightHub's mistakes. When we tried to call them they are closed; this is supposed to be for international travel and they are only open Monday - Friday and "regular" hours. Of course, I booked with them because they had the lowest price. The travel insurance is misleading. The customer service is incompetent. “Watch out for hidden costs”

I booked a return flight from Ottawa, Canada to Orlando, Florida through flighthub. They had the best price and only one stop so I booked it. It wasn't until I was on that stop, on the way down, that I realized that they had switched airports on me in Washington. Yep, same thing just happened with me. My tickets went up $200 in a matter of minutes apparently, even though British Airways cannot confirm that they raised their price. They falsely advertise lower prices and then hold your tickets ransom until you pay more. This practice has to be against the law.

When booking a flight to Orlando with connections in Washington, I did not see the change of airport on the itinerary. the printout did not highlight the change, but did highlight the fact I did not take there insurance, which they strongly recommended. “Beware of Cheap flight - Scammy cancellation fees”

Mistakenly booked a cheap flight online going to Vegas with layover in Ragina but did not realized the layover is almost 24 hrs so I cancelled the booking immediately but due to time difference and difficulties contacting the 1-800 number I ended up cancelling the booking the following day but still with in 10 hrs. after booking. This was the worst booking experience ever! The Best Price Guarantee is ambiguous. Your "same day" is not the same as their "same day". Trying to cancel your flight by phone will end up going through a series of hang-ups. E-mails will be ignored until its too late. Then they hose you with their schedule of charges. Even though the website flight amount is identical to the one you just booked they tell you that your ticket is now "in a different class". What's that?
