I had the most horrible nightmarish experience with this agency. I book 5 tickets to Montego Bay 20 days before my departure, I ended up calling an agent to book and was given confirmation that my tickets was booked successfully by the agent and my itinerary was send to my email. I wish I had checked the warnings and BBB about Flighthub before booking 2 tickets online with them. Not only I was billed with insurance automatically, I was not provided with the information about airline would not allow one way travel (return) with 2 way flight booking; yet this arrangement had been disclosed to them on the phone. I booked 3 tickets Calgary to Nanaimo on the phone with FlightHub, and confirmed the date at least three times. I ended up getting 3 tickets for a week later than I had booked! All my attempts to explain were met with rote responses, no Customer Service Managers were available, as they were apparently all busy dealing with other upset customers. “The worst travel company. Rude and untrustworthy.”

I regretted using Flight Hub almost immediately after I purchased my ticket. Staff was rude, unhelpful, deceiving. They blamed the airline and wouldn't take responsibility for their mistake, which was clearly THEIR mistake. It is not our credit card company's responsibility to pay for flight hub's mistakes. They did not make a fraudulent transaction that our credit card company can insure.

I live in Canada and recently bought a ticket from this website to Asia. at the time I made the payment, the invoice generated on the website was in US Funds, so I used my US credit card for this purchase, however, somehow, the website detected that I was from Canada, the charge on my credit card was converted to Canadian first and then converted back to US. Very unfriendly customer service. I broke up the transaction as I saw that it was in Us Dollar and not Canadian. Nevertheless, they booked my trip and charged my Visa. Had to go through United Airlines to get my flight changed. They were kind and it only cost me $182 a person. They also waived the "change fee" cost for me, as it was four months in advance.

After receiving a notification that my flight had changes, I called in to the number provided - the automated phone system is so frustrating that by the time I was able to talk to an agent I was thoroughly irritated. Once on with the agent she took well over 20 minutes to simply tell me the problem, then to resolve it she was taking yet another 20 to which I requested an email sent with the changes.....it was never sent! I have never been treated so rudely or dealt with a company that has such sketchy policies. I don't know how they are getting around the Canadian law that says that the tax has to be included in the airplane ticket quote. It did not come up until after I had already pushed pay and the receipt came up $400 more. When I immediately tried to cancel I had to pay $75 to cancel. Expedia gives you 24 hours to cancel.
