I booked my flight through flighthub on November 16, 2014 for $ 1,484.30 and called in to modify the dates on December 19, 2014. The lady on the phone booked me a new flight charging my credit card immediately for the new flight, and committed that I will get my refund on the previous flight in a few weeks. Reading these reviews makes me realize that it wasn't a one time mistake what happened to me. They charged my credit card, yet cancelled the flight purchase and sent an email "credit card declined." It took 6 days to get their error corrected, with no help from the company. I called 3 times and emailed their billing department twice. Nothing. “Zero Customer Service”

I was totally not satisfied with the service that I received from Flight Hub. I was put on hold several times, hung up on and not listened to. As a result of their mistake, I ended up booking a return flight through another company which cost me $1,000. Flight Hub refused to give me a refund. They confirmed at one price and when I recieveds the email it was a different price . They did not give me money back.  I authorized a specific price not 200$ more. Also they won't add infants for you and therefor you have to show up at the airport and hope they add them at the gate. They also don't have any managers on site and can never speak with anyone regarding your issues. Worst booking agent out there. … Read Full Review

These people  charged my credit card three times but I kept getting an email with a message saying there was an issue with billing! Don't bother trying to call to talk to someone because that's another joke. You wait on hold anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour but can not get any resolution. FlightHub is a horror show!! Booked a flight as a Canadian with a Canadian Airline and to and from a Canadian city and the price quoted was in US dollars (in fine grey print.) Called them immediately when I noticed my Visa was being billed for 150$ more than I was quoted and they said pay us 75$ and we will cancel it.The only recourse is to contact your credit card company and hope that they will fight them on your behalf…..stay away, NO customer service!… Read Full Review

Booked flight on Flight Hub from Vancouver to Vienna for $850CDN. After confirmation they charged me $1,014CDN. Called to cancel, said they have to charge me $75. Wanted to speak to a supervisor/manager, they said none were available. Was on the phone for nearly an hour. They said it was my mistake and the website wan't wrong. “Beware the Sneaky Churges!!!”

This company has an appetite for hidden charges which cannot be cancelled! I just bought a pair of tickets to London, because their price was some $10 per ticket lower than their competitors' and upon receiving the confirmation letter discovered the added "Purch. Guarantee" for $39.95. That fee came oout of nowhere: I didn't choose it, nor I was prompted for it. It just was added to the total payable! When I searched flights within Canada in FlightHub, I saw the Canadian flag at the top right corner of the webpage. So I assumed the prices are in CAD. Bought the ticket for $219. When it was charged to my credit card it turned out to be $256. I went back to the website and had a better look. Next to Canadian flag, there is this tiny writing "USD". I booked a ticket through flight hub, they cancelled because they tried to put $1365.86 through my credit card, twice. I had a ticket for an hour, then they tried to charge my credit card again. and cancelled the ticket. They say i will not get my money back for 10 business days which is ridiculous, and, I am not able to talk with a supervisor. It is the WORST experience I have ever had with a booking agent. Flight Hub is the worst! Save yourself the agony and book through a legit company. I booked a small round trip through flight hub from northern BC to Kamloops. I also paid for the cancellation insurance (DONT DO). Unless someone in your family is dying the insurance won't cover. My partner and I had booked our flights from Vancouver to Orlando while on the phone with our friends on Thursday evening. We had double-checked everything before proceeding.
