Advice: Do not book via FLYGHT HUB at ANY COST. I booked 3 tickets Chicago-Toronto-Montreal online. Got itinerary and Invoice (1035 dollars). Two days before the flight, when i tried to print my tickets: "ticked are cancelled". No explaination, no raison, nothing. No email to tell me there is a problem of any kind. Booked a flight online with this company, after not seeing my eticket emailed to me within the next day I decided to call. The rep told me It didnt went through. I checked my bank account and the credit went missing on my visa card so I called my visa company, they confirmed that funds was taking from my card and that it was charged partially of the amount for the flihgt. “Card declined but still charged”

I tried to book a flight through them but they did not accept my visa Debit card, when I tried to pay with my card it was clearly written card declined. So I closed the session to find out 6 days later that they did debit my account. I had already purchased an other flight from my local travel agent so now I have 2 flights for the same destination. “Can't cancel an option within 24hrs after booking.”

By mistake, I selected seats when check out. They charged me $20 bucks for "Pur guarantee", not for upgrade class seats, just for the seat #; Right after booking, when I received the invoice by email, I called ask for cancelling "Pur guarantee" but they said I can't. “HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE”

The staff are so horribly trained! They have no idea what is going on. They have terrible waiting times on hold and do not speak good English! Continual emails regarding my booking, generic email, which had been rectified by the airline! Was hung up on 3 times by different staff members while on hold! “Watch out for extra fees thrown into your cart!”

Be very careful with FlightHub!! Actually just avoid them. They snuck in a purchase guarantee at $19.99 per ticket. I did not select this service but they snuck it in and charged my credit card 3X because I bought 3 tickets. What a rip-off. This is the kind of negative billing tactics that earn online vendors a justified bad name. I bought two flight tickets from flighthub, but unfortunately on the wrong date. I called flighthub immediately, and the agreed to refund the tickets, if I paid a cancellation fee. I agreed, but the just charged me for the tickets anyway. There is no way to document anything in writing, since there is no emailadress to contact. Flight Hub is not alone in this lack: 1. you cannot access on-line check in with the carrier you have a ticket for (you need a code that only a long-winded wait and phonecall will produce when you contact the airline direct!); 2. the site is not clear as to what $ you are transacting in (CAD or USD) and of course once you find out, it's usually too late! “Worst Customer Service Ever - BEWARE!”

I booked over a month in advance with plenty of selection and low prices. A week prior to my trip, I was emailed a notice that they had had to make changes to my iternary. This is almost exactly the same as happened to me. Still not resolved and my trip is less than a week away. Flighthub keeps blaming Iberia and Air Canada. How can this company stay in business. I haven't seen one decent review on them!!! Full of lies and inconsistencies! Don't believe them when they say they'll call you back. Travel writers need to alert the public about these criminals !

FlightHub was by far the lowest price on the internet. Saved me about $400 for three people. I booked it and the next day my electronic ticket arrived with the invoice. The price I booked it at matched the invoice and matched my credit card statement. No surprises, good value. The website is no thrills and they could have been more forthcoming about the 'fine print'... my only complaints.
