When I noticed that the name that Flighthub put on my e-ticket was wrong, I contacted them to have the problem fixed. Flighthub told me that I must have entered the information incorrectly. Really? I know what my name is. Because I have problems with the order of my names on my passport, I am extremely careful whenever entering such information. “2 hours in a waiting line and still nothing”

I tried to book my flight from Flighthub and the system did not accept any of my card. I called them and I waited TWO hours and finally decided not to buy. The funny thing was that when waiting then I was 3 on the line and all the sudden I became 9th. And so back and forth. So when I was 4th again then after that I was 7th again. “Awful service. Lying to the customers”

We bought the tickets on the phone because some visa and passport issues, The travel agent said that there is no any problems, that he checked all requirements with Lufthansa and we can fly. We bought the tickets. My wife and 6 years old son were in the Montreal Airport on time 3 hrs prior the flight. And.... They were rejected to be boarded because of the "Visa problems". “Worst customer service ever. ”

This is by far the worst company I had to deal with and received the worst customer service ever in my life. I tried to book a flight after seeing it on a sale price on your website. I kept getting an error message saying that it reached over the time limit and I should retry. I tried over 10 times and still kept getting the same error code. Worst online ive ever tried to book on, wasted my time twice trying to book, even gave my credit card details, after waiting it comes back saying your flight is unavailable, then called 1800 number; same thing, waited over an hour to book flight then they cancelled it and passed me onto service center that i had to wait for again and after supplying my travel info numerous times (they cannot understand english very well) they quoted much much higher fare! We had to make a flight change from Calgary to Toronto, the FlightHub rep on the phone said that it was good, and it was all good. We get to the airport, and while the airline knows that the flights had been changed, FlightHub had not completed the transaction yet, so there was no ticket. wow im worried now i booked my ticket on July 1st and i havent recived my e-ticket.... what I do I paid to trave july 8th. I have been calling and the estimated time for me to speak to an agent has been 15 minutes since yesterday. how do igo about getting a ticket?

I booked a flight with FlightHub to Iceland for this May but had to cancel due to my pregnancy. After many phone calls which lasted at least an hour each time (they need to put you on hold for everything and it takes at least 20-30 minutes each time) they needed a doctors note for proof that I could not travel. “Worst Customer Service, Biggest Regret Ever”

I cannot even begin to explain the frustration in dealing with this company. I booked a $262.00 flight for a YEAR FROM NOW and have to cancel it. I have talked to 7 different employees, and even requested to speak to the highest authority who refused to help me at all. They are telling me they have to charge me $250.00 to cancel the flight. update: a manager left a voicemail for me twice on my phone, specifically telling me to call the escalation department extension number 215. I had multiple missed calls and two voicemails from this company in the span of two days. Figured something was going to be resolved so I call back asking to be transferred like the voicemail said, in which the employee refused to transfer me and said they will not lower the cancellation rate. I hung up and called back to talk to someone else, same thing. I waited on the phone for two hours bantering back and forth with the incompetent employee. Finally after hours go by and I've wasted my entire day it's 4:55 and she tells me the manager finishes the day at 5pm, so i'm out of luck. She takes my phone number and gives me a time that he'll call me back the following day. A week goes by and I hear nothing. I quite literally have never been so shocked at what terrible customer service one company can have. If there is any kind of measure I can take, a complaint with the better business bureau or anything else, I will be seeking it out. This is the most ridiculous thing I ever experienced quite literally in my entire life. I will NEVER be booking with this company again and have many friends who go backpacking. I will be telling everyone I come into contact with on my trip and in future endeavours about my experience with this company. Companies who don't know how to treat their customers don't deserve customers.

This is by far the worst company in the milky way! Customer service is horrible! I must have spoken to 8-10 people and english was their second language. These fools charged me for a ticket I never received! Cheap flights yes but you get what you pay for. Don't do business with them, you'll regret it. I traveled and booked thru flight hub with a multiple airlines and they did not help when a connecting flight took off because of a delayed flight before this connecting flight.I have to pay extra to get to my destination because they say(flight hub is not in fault).I wish they would have contacted this delayed airline to re book me to another connecting flight since it was not my fault as a passenger if a flight is delayed and a scheduled connecting flight took off… Read Full Review

So, my wife and I had an easy time booking tickets with Flighthub. The problem was when we wanted to make a change to the reservation. We were charged fees to cancel it, and fees to re-book it, and we were also only allowed to re-book the ticket on the same airline to and from the same destinations. I am affected by the Wildfires of Fort Mcmurray. They charged me another 75 dollars to cancel my flight...on top of that, had me on the phone all morning...literally for an hour and a half. They wont reimburse my money..another $310 They cancelled the flight I already had flown. They messed up. So it would have been cheaper to not cancel the flight at all! Flight hub is the worst flight booking website I have used. It is easy to book, however, if you want to cancel your ticket. It takes hours and they charge you much more than $250 per person. The credit you get, you will need to pay for the rebooking fee again and the credit can only be used for the exact same flight. That`s ridiculous!!!!!!! Easy to book, beware if there are issues - no support I booked a Flighthub ticket in Sept, 2015. Based on my confirmed flights I made hotel etc. reservations. In late February they informed me that a segment of my flight would be cancelled (I later became aware that they had known this in November but failed to notify me). Thankfully she listened patiently as I explained my situation and after that, she said she would call me back. My work as a businessman requires that I travel to different countries every year. This can be quite expensive as even the low-cost economy airlines tend to be overpriced sometimes. My buddy from Korea recommended that I use Flighthub. At first I didn't like to use it cos it's a third party service but soon realized that most of their flights were actually discounted.
