I booked a flight but I had to cancel it. I paid for the cancellation fee and everything (they were quick to charge me those fees). The website states to wait up to 6 weeks for refund. After more than 6 weeks of waiting, these were the excuses I got when I called to asked about my refund: 9th week after cancellation: It takes 6-8 weeks to process and we don't count the week of Christmas. “Customer Service is Atrocious ”

I just want to say that once I have to deal with the customer service, I was very unsatisfied. I had to reschedule a flight from Japan to Canada, because my grandmother had just died. They couldn't help me. I called about a dozen times. Then finally, I decided to call the Airline and they were able to help me by taking control of the ticket. My wife and I booked a 3 weeks trip to Romania. While we were there, on Friday 8 January 2106, 3 days before the return flight (Monday 11 January 2016), my wife was hospitalized. Don't trust anything this company sells or says. They pretend they're a Canadian web site and yet all prices are displayed in USD and they don't indicate this like every other flight booking site. I cancelled my flight beacuse of medical reason and flight hub charged me for cancelation fee and send me confirmation letter for the balance refund. After the acutual flight date they send another email to charge me more. When talking to costumer service i was treatened that they will hold all money and never make a refund. I initially made a booking for my niece and haven't finalized anything yet. I was surprised that Allen, one of the agent, called me to make an update for the flight that we've been looking for. Please do not book flight with FlightHub. They cant explain to me why they charge me $19.99 per person when I cancel my trip after 5 minutes I realize I had booked the wrong date. I call them right away but they said I have to agree to pay $19.99 per person before they remove the total charge for the flight which is $1323.04 that I booked earlier. I had issues with them before, but through dealing with customer service over the phone was able to book. The hassle wasn't worth the few bucks I saved on the tickets though. “Worst online booking website”

I have booked two tickets from Toronto to LA, Dec 10 and return Dec 28. When I checked the ticket, it was $1084 CAD (for two persons). I have checked the price was quoted Canadian Dollars NOT US $. I filled out all of information, including my Visa card number and submit the confirmation. We were three of us who booked flights o go to Fiji to attend a funeral. We were issued with a confirmation that our tickets were booked and that we do not need to call them for confirmation. About 48 hours later we were advised that our booking was cancelled with no explanation given.
