I am extremely unhappy. I had booked a flight with flight hub on july 11 and had a family emergency. I had to cancel. The flight was with WestJet who does not charge a cancellation fee if done within 24 hours but flight hub did. They advised that they would refund the price of the ticket - It is now August 17 and after many calls and promises from them no refund has been paid. I will keep blogging about them until they pay me back! I have gone to the BBB and if you want to know what to do go direct to airline!
