I tried to book a flight through them but they did not accept my visa Debit card, when I tried to pay with my card it was clearly written card declined. So I closed the session to find out 6 days later that they did debit my account. I had already purchased an other flight from my local travel agent so now I have 2 flights for the same destination. I called and they even told me that they do not accept Visa debit cards but still did not want to reimburse me my $540. Saying that I received an email confirming my flight, the only emails I receive are fare alerts about the same flight I was trying to book. Why are you sending me flight alerts if I already have a flight for the same destination thru you and it was declined but wasn't????
