By mistake, I selected seats when check out. They charged me $20 bucks for "Pur guarantee", not for upgrade class seats, just for the seat #; Right after booking, when I received the invoice by email, I called ask for cancelling "Pur guarantee" but they said I can't.
If compare with other agents, FlightHub is the very bad customer SV I've ever seen . Others, usually, they allow us change within 24hrs to review the confirmation. I swear, I never back to Flight Hub again, go with Expedia is the best.
