“HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE”

The staff are so horribly trained! They have no idea what is going on. They have terrible waiting times on hold and do not speak good English! Continual emails regarding my booking, generic email, which had been rectified by the airline! Was hung up on 3 times by different staff members while on hold! Not a single apology for errors and miscommunication! Will never ever use them again and would advise anyone from using them
