I bought two flight tickets from flighthub, but unfortunately on the wrong date. I called flighthub immediately, and the agreed to refund the tickets, if I paid a cancellation fee. I agreed, but the just charged me for the tickets anyway.
There is no way to document anything in writing, since there is no emailadress to contact.
Tomorrow, I will call the Airline (SAS) to ask, why they work together with such a morally corupt company.
