Just finished a flight change with flighthub. Very poor service, they seemed more interested in collecting more fees than actually helping.
My daughter was attempting to change flights because of an incorrect date oversight.
I was on the web page for the airline at the time of the conversation and the agent would not agree with the flight fees!!!!
Cost me an extra $400 to keep my daughter from losing the money altogether.
Greedy, greedy and rude
No help from WestJet either.
Sad to see how the modern airline bookings work, no compassion.
